iPhone Contract Question?

Ok basically i wanna get a contract for the iPhone but theres a few questions need answering before i can ok….

Can my mum use my bank account but sign up in her name?

Is there a chance of getting it if my mum has a slightly bad credit history?

Do i have to pay for the iPhone or do they give it to me for free?

I;m not sure about the first question. They may be able to do it if they have your permission but I couldn’t be 100%.

If she has a slightly bad credit history then she will have to make a ‘down payment’ which will be returned to her on (usually) the 7th bill (ie in 7 months she will see a credit of the amount she had to pay upfront on her bill). The amount she will have to pay will vary. It could be £50, it could be £300 or more!

I think this one depends on the network. You will most likely have to pay SOMETHING for it buyt not nearly as much as you would pay for a PAYG one.
