Can flat panel tv’s with stands still be wall mounted?
Do the stands come off the the tv’s or do I need to find one without a stand in order to mount it on the wall????
All newer TVS have removable stands. Look on the back of the TV for the mounting holes in a square pattern for the wall mount. You will need these wall mount holes to attached the TV to the wall mount bracket.
Be sure to get a wall mount that has the hole spacing that your TV needs. Some use close together holes and some use farther apart holes. Also verify the weight for the TV to the the capacity of the bracket. When you mount the TV it is best to find at least one stud in the wall for 2 of the screws. Some Brackets have sliders so you can slide the tv to the left or right a bit after mounting it.
