magnavox 20 tv dvd vcr combo
tv/vcr recording?
i have a magnavox 20 inch tv and an emerson vcr/dvd combo. Then our comcast on demand digital cable box. well i’d like to RECORD my tv show while i’m at work. i dont have instructions to that vcr/dvd thing and want to record my shows pretty bad. any idea to help me be able to record? i understand you have to set it up,or program but i dont know how to get to those screens or what button to get there. any ideas? help!!
The cable box coax cable needs to be plugged into the back of your VCR at the input connection. Use another length of coax cable to connect the output connection on the back of the VCR to the back of the TV. Set the VCR channel to 3. Set the TV to channel 3. Your cable signal will appear on the TV. Use the cable box to change channels. There is a way to switch between tv\vcr on the front of the vcr, select tv. Set the VCR to start and stop on the days and time you want. Don’t forget to put in a blank tape or else the VCR won’t switch on. There are some other creative ways to do this but explaining it by text alone is too difficult.
