1) For starters, you need to make sure that it is well priced. The way to do this is to check prices of other similar wall brackets and see how it compares. This is as easy as putting a search in Google for sites that sell wall brackets and checking the prices.
2) Secondly, you will need to check whether the bracket will let you mount your LCD or plasma TV flat against the wall, with a distance of as little as 45mm between the wall and the TV.
3) Even though you’re looking for a 32″ TV bracket, it’s always a good idea to get one that will hold a range of different sized TVs. For example, get a bracket that will hold anything from 22-32 inch TVs etc. This way, you ensure that if you decide to buy a new TV, you can use the same wall mount. You get more for your money.
4) The 32″ TV bracket must be able to hold an LCD TV set of anything up to 45kg in weight (i.e. most medium sized LCD TV sets)
5) You need to be able to fix the mount without too much trouble (i.e. no joint)
6) The mounting arms must have variable spacing of the mounting bores on the screen rear of anything from 7-33.5cm. This allows the arms to be adjustable.
7) Mounting arms width must also be adjustable between 5-32 cm. This will allow you to fit the mount anywhere you choose.

You are choosing between the best brands in my opinion. You would want one that is a 1080p res. Most cheaper 32 inch are 720p. Either brand would be great.
