Cable TV theft or ignorance…?
I live in a small apt. complex for 6 years now.All the time I have had free basic cable (no program guide).I get just the basic,nothing else.I always thought it was included in my monthly rent.I even checked the utility box and my connection was securely installed by Time Warner..I never tampered with cables or made an illegal connection.Now I find out that I may be stealing it because it is not included in the rent.What should I do to not get in trouble?I think the correct term is “passive theft”
buddy, if you have gotten away with it for 6 years, just hold to your story about thinking it came with the apt. they wont be able to blame it on you. you never tampered with anything. your safe. this world sucks, everything is too high. the least this lousy government can do is give you some free cable. power to the people!!!!!!
